At BonElement LLC we do our best to provide quality products that you will feel comfortable, beautiful and you will love to wear. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, or would like to exchange it for another item please contact us within
15 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to find a solution. We will replace, mend or return your item for a store credit voucher.
We will pay for the shipping of returned items. Although, unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees of your initial order and the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees which will be 20 dhs flat rate. So, your store credit will be the initial price that you paid for your item minus the initial fee of 23 dhs of shipping and handling and 20 dhs for re-shipping.
All sale items are final and non-refundable. All items bought with credit vouchers cannot be exchanged. The flat rate of 20 dhs will be charged for the shipping of items bought with gift vouchers.
